My favorite place ever! They always do such a good job with making sure I am comfortable and getting the nails I want. Every time I go in with a picture and it always comes out exactly like the picture. This is the only nail spa I can go to were my nails will last a month+. The staff is so nice and polite and it’s a calming positive environment! Definitely you should come here!! The pictures attached are dip powder with designs. I have been coming here for almost a year now and have tried other places and nobody does it like Bliss!

I got a hot stone pedicure and dip powder with tips. The pedicure was super relaxing. The massage chairs were wonderful. Normally I do not use them because they dig too deep but these chairs were perfect. The tech that did my nails was super patient and detail oriented. She did a few extras to help me be satisfied with the color of the nail. I was hoping for a little darker of a color but she was able to make them look great. I left highly satisfied. I paid $45 for the hot stone pedicure and $50 for dip powder with tips.

I have been here a few times now and had no complaint. On Friday I decided to get a pedicure and nails done, hands were good but the pedicure not so well, the nail polish looks bubbly, I told the lady about it and she just cleaned the edges, I think she pretended not to understand what I meant, it was closing time, they were super busy when I got there, she was ready to go and so was I, since I had spent already 2 hrs there. I am not happy with how my toe nails look, I didn’t get what I wanted for what I paid for.

If I could give zero, I would. I went to get a gel polish change on Valentine’s day. The same night, they started peeling. This is after they couldn’t figure out how to get them dried correctly. I called to see when I could come fix it, and they told me to wait until Monday (?!). This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!! Not to mention the fact that they confirmed an appointment, and then called me multiple times to ask me to come in earlier because it’s “better for [them].” Why confirm an appointment you’re not able to fulfill? The service has been subpar and I feel that a refund should be issued. I only came here because my sister swore by Bliss, but I’m going back to Velvet. At least I know their work is quality.

Where do I begin? For starters, this establishment’s environment is so peaceful upon walking in. They have been getting super busy, and if you don’t mind waiting will always be taken care of. I have received services from everyone here, and they have never disappointed me. The staff and owner are so kind. I have gotten dip and acrylic sets and shown everyone a photo of what I wanted, and they have been able to replicate, if not make it better! my pedicure polish one time lasted two whole months with no chipping. I would recommend this place any day; the salon is clean and kept up, and they are always willing to accommodate the newest trends and have a wide array of nail colors to choose from.!

i asked for dip they gave me gel, he put the right length at first then filed them down SO MUCH, Didn’t even give me coffin shape like i mentioned 3 times, and the sparkles i asked for on the outside are so crooked. And when i came back to get them fixed she said we would have had to pay EXTRA for longer nails and it was allready more overpriced then our usual nail place. i left crying

When I went there it looked nice but then when the gel manicure started the nail tech kept pressuring me into getting tips because she said my nails were too short and stubby. Then the design she did was good on one hand and then it did not look good at all on the other hand. Lastly when I was paying for my nails the nail tech charged me more than what was listed.
