Bliss Nail Spa – Fort Mill

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been a regular at bliss nail salon for almost two years. Kathy is my go to girl but I’ve had my nails done by every staff member at some point and they are all very talented. The quality is amazing. My nails never crack or break off and I go in every three weeks. The best part about bliss is how kind and inviting everyone is. I look forward to my appointments because it feels like I’m hanging out with old friends. They really take the time to get to know their clients. I’ve been a regular at bliss nail salon for almost two years. Kathy is my go to girl but I’ve had my nails done by every staff member at some point and they are all very talented. The quality is amazing. My nails never crack or break off and I go in every three weeks. The best part about bliss is how kind and inviting everyone is. I look forward to my appointments because it feels like I’m hanging out with old friends. They really take the time to get to know their clients. Critical: Punctuality, ValueAfter I posted the below review, the owner Doan called me to find out about my experience. She was extremely apologetic and upset that our experience was not up to the standards she sets. She refunded our services which was unexpected and most appreciated. I was extremely impressed with how this was handled. Kudos to the Doan for reaching out!I booked pedicures for 2 of us at the same time. I received a call that one of the pedicures would need to be moved 10 mins later, which was fine. However, when we got there my friend waited 30 mins for service. No apologies and she had to request them to fill the tub so she could soak her feet. We had the Essentials pedicure and it was very disappointing. There was no massage and really nothing different than a very basic pedicure. Not worth the $$. I should have clarified the issue much sooner and I regret not doing so sooner. This spa is truly a spa and not just a mail salon. The cleanliness, professionalism of staff and personalized service you get makes you feel like a family friend and not just a patron.
