Ugh, hate being this person especially when this place is beautiful inside and has so many good reviews. My experience wasn’t great I’m never one to leave reviews and I’m one of those people that keeps their mouth shut even when they are dissatisfied with a serivice provided. The lady who did my nails was nice but she didn’t do good on them. Less than 15 minutes after leaving I had my thumb chip and one of my sticker hearts ripped and was coming off. On 6 of my fingers my top coat wasn’t even put all the way to the edge of the color. I was told to sit in the chair until my nails were dry but my lady never came back, a nail dryer was never used to help dry them and after 15 minutes I decided my nails should be dry by then and went to pay, the woman who did my nails just stared at me from the back room she was in and never came to check on me to see if my nails were dry. 38 plus 10 dollar tip later. I would never go back to this salon. I’m glad other people had good experiences though and wish this salon all the best. I will attach pics

I have been doing acrylic nails for at least 40 years. Then, I had my nails done by PAUL. It was pricey but it had to be the BEST nail job I ever had. It was done precisely and it lasted twice as long; it stayed shiny the whole time. I have no idea how he did it because his English is limited.

I had the most concerning experience. The manicure was bad, the nail technician filed my fingertips more than my nails and I was afraid for her to do any cuticle cutting so I asked her not to. The person doing my pedicure cut me with clippers. I am still bleeding an hour later. The manager at the front was unconcerned and said I should go to my doctor. I am writing because, I based my choice to try this salon on the 4.5 star review. I wish I had had more information. There are lots of choices in the area. The staff that worked on me was dangerous. I also question if the nail files were single or multiple use.

I went to this salon based off the reviews and description from their website. I was utterly shocked at the lack of cleanliness in the salon. There was dirt and grime all over the floor, the pedicure basins, the chairs and arms. There was hair on the bottles in the little carts the technicians use for storing the nail equipment. The towels were stained and dirty. I saw multiple technicians sitting in the chairs on their phones, I never once saw anyone clean anything after someone left. Also, there was no mention of only accepting tips via cash, debit card or Venmo. I was getting a pedicure as a gift using their credit card and I chose to go to this salon over another one, as that salon only accepts cash tips. I had knee surgery over a week ago and I was so nervous, as the technician was using the nasty water that my feet had been soaking in to wash off the scrub. Safety is also questionable here, as everything is jammed together. I was trying to get out of the chair and they wanted me to step in the basin that was used for the pedicures, that seemed not only to be a risk for tripping, but also not very clean. I don’t like leaving a bad review, however, I feel people should be aware. This was the worst experience I have had getting a pedicure. I should have just left and gone to the other place, so disappointed. I really wanted to relax and be pampered.

I like how this business does my nails, but they made me pay more for what I asked. I asked twice to get the “just gel” service and price on their website. I even showed the work desk person their website and the price of $31. But in the end they charged me $45 for a full manicure. I don’t know the differences well, but I asked twice AND showed them a photo of their service before my appointment, so they should not have done that. They insisted I pay the $45. I didn’t want any more confrontation, so I paid, and won’t be going back there.

Honestly, I would really avoid this place. They don’t really know what they are doing and they will hurt you. They cut all around my nails with their nail drill (i pictured one nail below). I have deep tiny cuts all around my nails. Their towels are so stained and dirty, and there is a gross smell in the salon. My toe nails chipped 10 minutes after leaving the salon and my nails are the worst they have ever looked.

The service was not good. Upon arrival the lady literally stared at me without saying a word. Made it uncomfortable, the nail techs spoke limited English. I wasn’t offered a drink yet other customers were. I was the only non caucasian patron, the service gave off racist vibes. Especially from the lady that is at reception. My overall experience was not worth the money spent
