I’ve been to Bliss a few times and always enjoyed the services there. This time I got Leah as my nail technician and she was AMAZING! She recommended the aroma pedicure and I’m so glad I listened. I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing. My manicure was just as good, she shaped and trimmed my natural nails and they look as good as acrylics! I’m so happy with this visit and will definitely be requesting Leah specifically the next time I go to Bliss. Highly recommend! Also I walked in without an appointment at 1 on a Wednesday and got sat immediately.

A gentleman named Hi did my pedicure and he was amazing! I forgot to get the name of the wonderful young lady who did my eyebrow waxing and manicure… but she has been with them since they opened… she is always so nice and gentle! I always love the end result! It’s very clean and welcoming!

Not clean place for pedicures. My big toe nail hurt and became infected that same day. The tools for cutting the cuticles were definitely unsanitary. Also the white polish was chipped same day.

The only positive thing I have to say is that the place is beautiful, but the customer service is bad. My gel manicure only lasted 3 days!!!! It completely peeled off like a sticker. I went back and they wanted me to pay full price to get them redone. I even took a picture of it and showed it to them. They just discussed it in their native language (which is rude) and dusted me off. I have attached a picture. This proves they did not do my gel manicure correctly.

Never going back. I went to get powder they suggest gel. So I did gel full set with acrylic which I’m not a fan of acrylic, I had to go back the next day because it started peeling, nail tech said it was because “forgot to put the base” went back to get them redone. I’ve gotten my nails done for more than 5 years and never encounter this problem where some of my nails got fungus. I would suggest making sure to ask your nail tech if the instruments being used is complete sterile. My nails never broke from removing them and now the nails I had for over a year healthy are completely torn.
