I used to go to Bliss and get acrylic nails and loved them. I moved further away went to them last week for a dip. The next day 2 nails chipped. The third day a nail peeled off and now on day 5 they are all chipped. TERRIBLE!!! I am trying to included pictures. Nail fills are not cheap and should last 2 weeks. This is ridiculous. Dip powder

Edit: it’s been less than 1 week since I got my nails done, and 5 of my toes gel polish has completely chipped off, I don’t wear sneakers and I work from home, I wear sandals whenever I leave the house. I am now on vacation and the first thing I had to do was find a nail salon to get a pedicure. For $60 I would expect it to last at least 2 weeks. I will never return here, save your money.

I had Vicky as my nail tech and she was wonderful. She’s had 10 years experience so I knew I was in good hands. Communicative, obliging and gentle, Vicky is the girl you want to book your next appointment with, although everyone is nice there. This was the most relaxing experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I’m not one to complain however I do expect the wrong to be corrected. It’s only right! So I grow out my own nails, which takes awhile to do so and have dip on them. They look AWESOME. I do not like Acrylic or false nails on me. So the technician who does my nails was careless to the point where I lost 3 of my own nails when she was drilling. where they then had to replace with acrylic which I absolutely do not like. Was I upset, OF COURSE! I lost 3 of my own nails. I was initially put w some guy who asked me what I was having done, I told him like 3 times and he continued to ask I felt uncomfortable so asked for another tech which In turn turned out to be the tech who messed up my nails. They all apologized and then had lyla, another tech fix my nails whom did a fantastic job (highly recommended). At the end, my nails turned out fine but they still charged full price despite my 3lost nails. I paid didn’t complain. I also tipped the tech who messed up my nails as well as lyla who fixed them. I may go back and see Lyla but I will be looking for a new Salon! I found this to be very unacceptable and poor costumer service !

Absolutely love this salon. Amy is so sweet and helpful. I came with terrible nails got from another place, she not only fixed it quickly, but gave me a new beautiful set. I think it will last a long time as she applied high-quality polish. I’m so thankful she was able to help me out, and she’s earned a forever customer because of it!
