Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueOh wow! I am VERY IMPRESSED and blown away by how Bliss is! I had gone to several places in Kaufman and mainly did service in Mesquite. Today, my daughter and I walked in with no appointment and they didn’t have a problem. I had a gel removal, dip done, pedicure, and my daughter had manicure with the same pedicure. Let me say….this is the first time I have been Pampered so much and I have been having feet & nails done for a while. They didn’t try to talk me into something. Navy, Li, & Lisa were absolutely wonderful and we will DEFINITELY be back. I have paid way more in the past and never received the treatment, service, or quality like we did today! Today was worth every penny…..the massages alone were amazing!!! Thank you so much Bliss for our afternoon!!!Services: Manicure, Foot massages, Dip powder, PedicureOh wow! Oh wow! I am VERY IMPRESSED and blown away by how Bliss is! I had gone to several places in Kaufman and mainly did service in Mesquite. Today, my daughter and I walked in with no appointment and they didn’t have a problem. I had a gel removal, dip done, pedicure, and my daughter had manicure with the same pedicure. Out of every time I’ve been the people were extremely nice and i can gladly say this is the one place that hasn’t made my fingers bleed! I go all the time with my brother for pedicures and I’ve went a couple times for my nails. Out of every time I’ve been the people were extremely nice and i can gladly say this is the one place that hasn’t made my fingers bleed! The only problem I’ve had is not knowing what they put on after a eyebrow waxing and I ended up being allergic to it but I would still recommend Bliss over others!

I’ve had bad experiences with other places and she did the best set of nails I’ve ever had. I am so so happy! I had a wonderful experience today! Went in during my lunch break and got Hellen. She was very attentive and took the time to ask what I really wanted. I’ve had bad experiences with other places and she did the best set of nails I’ve ever had. I am so so happy! I recommend for the quality of work, professionalism, and speed or service… I was out quick and back to work before my break ended!

Critical: QualityI went to this salon needing a pedicure and dipped powder nails. Upon arriving the man who was going to be doing my nails was very rude. As I was getting a pedicure he decided to do my nails while I was in the pedicure chair. He rushed through doing my nails and did not smooth them out evenly and they all have a lot of texture. My nails are crooked and unevenly shaped. He didn’t even ask me to wash my hands after sanding down the acrylic, so all the loose dust that landed in my nails he covered with clear coat making it bumpyZ They’re are slight dips on my nails from his lack of evenly buffing it out. There are so many air bubbles underneath the clear coat as well. When I was getting a pedicure I didn’t feel like she was doing the best job. The wax bag they put on my feet was a piercing hot and I even told her to give the second bag a few minutes because it was steaming hot. Yes I know wax is supposed to be hot but not to the point where I’m literally tensed up from the pain. If your debating on this place and Euphoria in Kaufman, go to Euphoria. I’ve gone for years and I will never go back to Bliss. It was a very disappointing experience. My nail tech was rude and he was rushing so fast. There was 2 ladies there about 15 minutes before me getting their nails done and he finished me before they were even finished. Very very disappointed in this place, very nice owner but a very poor staff member.
