Positive: QualityThis is a great experience for the price. My feet have been killing me at work and I loved the combo foot/full body massage for the best price on the east side. My husband and I had a couples massage at my second appointment and he loved it. There is nowhere else you get this price for the time and effort they spend. It’s not a high class spa experience but it’s still relaxing and the staff is very kind. I love the hot rocks at the end and the face massage at the beginning. This is a great experience for the price. My feet have been killing me at work and I loved the combo foot/full body massage for the best price on the east side. My husband and I had a couples massage at my second appointment and he loved it. There is nowhere else you get this price for the time and effort they spend. The private table massage includes hot stones at no upcharge (other places typically charge $25 extra). Services and pricing are well laid out on their website and at the location. I have been getting massages for over 30 years and I am never disappointed with my experience at Bliss. I see whoever is available and always have a thorough, satisfying massage. The private table massage includes hot stones at no upcharge (other places typically charge $25 extra). Services and pricing are well laid out on their website and at the location. They have increased their rates, but are still well below what other places charge.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI tried the couple massage and this was not the place I should have gone. The main thing I look for in getting a massage is having a good energy throughout it. It’s impossible to accomplish this when you have the most depressing individuals doing it. Any and all front end people must learn to create a positive energy. I think everyone else said enough about the demanding tips. How about this. I tried the couple massage and this was not the place I should have gone. The main thing I look for in getting a massage is having a good energy throughout it. It’s impossible to accomplish this when you have the most depressing individuals doing it. Any and all front end people must learn to create a positive energy. Mine was kind of just ok but my wife’s experience was terrible, the lady that provided her massage service was answering the phone calls at the same time of the session , so during the whole massage session she spent more time answering calls than providing the massage services, also every time that someone walked in, she left the massage session to go and attend the customers, summary in a 1.5 hours she just stayed like 30 to 40 minutes with us.At the end of the massage the lady was soooooo pushy to get tips, she charged me 20 dlls tip. Mine was kind of just ok but my wife’s experience was terrible, the lady that provided her massage service was answering the phone calls at the same time of the session , so during the whole massage session she spent more time answering calls than providing the massage services, also every time that someone walked in, she left the massage session to go and attend the customers, summary in a 1.5 hours she just stayed like 30 to 40 minutes with us.At the end of the massage the lady was soooooo pushy to get tips, she charged me 20 dlls tip.
