Love bliss, I go every 2 weeks for my service and I always get Diane or k. They are both very knowledgeable and kind. I love the facials and how gentle they are. They also remember little details about you to make your experience better and the atmosphere is calming and as a mom of 2 I look forward to it. Also keep in mind this is a spa to relax so they do not allow kids in the building out of respect for everybody else. I learned that from my 1st appointment but I completely understand why.

Chris gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years! She understood what I needed better than I could explain which means she respectfully listened to what I wanted and not what she wanted to do. Refreshing. She’s great with color too and honest to not overcharge for services I signed up for but didn’t actually need. She’s won my business hands down.

This salon charges full amounts for unconfirmed – unattended services. My card was charged $200 for an unconfirmed service, then when I asked if there was any way to re-schedule or refund I was informed I would then be charged again for any other services and no refund would be given. The only answer I got was “it’s our policy.” I then asked was there any type of agreement that I had signed stating my knowledge of their policy the manager stated it was a verbal agreement. She was absolutely no help at all, all they cared about was their verbal agreement. My husband and I did enjoy going here but we will never be back. Horrible customer service.

My first time to a spa but not my first massage. I’ve never been so pampered in my life. Kayla did an amazing job on my massage. Thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and relaxation room as well. Thanks to my kids for this amazing gift!

This place was recommended by a friend. I thought it would be a good place for us to try. I did have a few questions regarding the services they offered. When I emailed them with my questions. I received very rude and vague responses. They let me know in one email that they use Lavender, to which I let them know I was allergic. They wrote back with “maybe you should go somewhere else because we use lavender throughout our center”. It’s pretty sad that this place does not want to cater to people who have allergies.

I don’t know about the experience of the other girls but EMILY ruined my eye lashes. I got lash extensions for the first time and I thought wow so bothersome why do ladies do this… never again! Wrong it’s that the person doing them has no experience at all. She glued 3 or 4 over my same lashes, I had glue everywhere when I left. Some lashes were twisted and all glued together it’s horrible all my real lashes have come off with the fake. I did brown tinting and waxing , first time was right second time it was horrible no difference in color and I still had to get home after waxing brows to fix eyebrows and pluck all the extra hairs she left!!!! HORRIBLE ladies anyone but EMILY!
