I don’t have the easiest head of hair(or lack of them), Terry was so professional, patient and ensured I am comfortable. She did a fantastic job! Also, the vibe of the salon is amazing! The owner, Teri, is passionate about hair, color, trends, and she and her staff work super hard to ensure a happy customer. She, as my stylist, listens and consults with my every whim and we always land on a cut, style, color that looks great! As an owner, she carefully hires and mentors new talent and looks out for her experienced staff as well. The front desk is always friendly and they work hard to accommodate your schedule and hair needs. It is really cool to support a local business so driven to provide great, personal service.

The new blonde receptionist is horrible. I’m not convinced she knows the top from the bottom. The last haircut I received, the stylist cut more than I asked her too and didn’t finish the appointment because she was behind. Bliss will be no more for my family and I after more than seven years, based on the poor experiences over the last year or so.

I like my stylist here, it’s easy to get an appointment when on short notice, and the appointment system is user friendly online (although it’s also easy to call). They always have snacks out and they have good amenities. The location is very convenient with good street parking just outside. The biggest plus, though, is that it is a fair amount less expensive than other comparable places nearby, which have felt overpriced to me and not as good as this place.
