Critical: Quality, ValueI took my granddaughter into Bliss in Scappoose for a hair cut & colored for high school pictures. ItI was a very poor job the color was not what we asked for the price was ridiculous I was charged $300. Unreal especially since we were quoted $150.And when I complained about it I was told to bring her back and my granddaughters hair would be re done. But all’s we got we’re excuses!!
