Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been looking for a new salon and this one is near my house. I went to make an appointment and a “gatekeeper” was sitting outside in front of the building. She was very rude and intimidating. There was a sign on the door that said it was locked, but she waited for me to fumble with it rather than telling me it was locked. I said I wanted to make an appointment and she demanded that I wear a mask or I wasn’t allowed to step inside the building. I left my mask in the car but I am vaccinated anyway! She wouldn’t let me schedule and was just a terrible first impression of the business. There are only, like what, a thousand other salons to pick from? No thanks, Bliss. You guys need to learn courtesy! The salon is small and in a really gross, old plaza. She is beyond talented and always gives me the perfect blonde shade I love and beautiful haircuts. Every appointment with her is fun and I always leave happy! I love the salon and all of the other stylists and staff are equally great!
