Always come out happy with my cut and color . I have been going to Fran and Kathy for years, even before Bliss. The atmosphere is relaxing and the massaging chair while you get your hair cut is a pleasant treat. Kathy did such a good job with my cut Saturday. She got me in last minute and listened to my problem with bangs I have been growing out. The cut she gave me was perfect. I am so happy.
