I received a gift certificate for a 60 min massage and booked a therapeutic massage with Winston based on another review. From the second you open the door you’re met with a peaceful ambiance. I love the waiting lounge and my entire experience was great! I really felt like my privacy and relaxation were a priority. I’ll definitely be scheduling again!

I have only had a facial, so far but I will definitely be returning. Best facial ever….Anna Westbrook was amazing; she told me about the products she was using and you can tell she likes her job. I have had other facials that used 3 or 4 products but Anna used several and it was well worth the money. I love that this spa is so close to me. Easy to book as well.

I can’t lie I’m pretty upset with my experience. I wish I could give more stars because Sandra did great massage and was very kind. I showed up to my apt 5 minutes early and filled out an intake form. By the time I was on the table waiting for my massage it was 10 mins past. I paid for $130, 90 min therapeutic massage plus Cbd oil. Sandra finished my massage 10 min early. I told Tammy at the front desk that I showed up early and my massage got cut 10 mins early… she said nothing. No sorry or lets try and fix this.. nothing. I’ve had countless massages in the past and no one has ever cut my massage short because they were running behind or just went off the time they booked the massage. If I had showed up late I would understand but I didn’t. $130 is not cheap and loosing 10 mins makes a big difference in your experience. Hopefully the manger will read this and block out more time for their therapist to flip their bed, fill out intake form, and time for the guest to get settled in the room. (I’ve also worked at spas for many years and know how the booking system works so I’m just guessing this is the reason my massage got cut short)

This spa was amazing! I had a hot stone massage with Kelly, and to say it was phenomenal would be an understatement! She ensured I was comfortable the entire time, and wow- I was so relaxed! The atmosphere of the spa is extremely relaxing and comfortable- it’s the perfect little hide away in Dunn! I will have to go back for another massage and check out their other services. I definitely recommend.
