I have been searching for a good salon in Charleston and was happy with the experience I had with Hayleigh M. at Bliss so I booked her again for another appointment a month later so I could get a cut and color for a wedding I was attending. She texted me at midnight the night before my appointment telling me she had scheduled a dance practice for the same time as my appointment and was going to be an hour late. I told her that wasn’t going to work with my travel schedule but she refused to honor the appointment time I’d had on the books for a month. The search for a good local salon continues! The salon itself was clean and cute though the shampoo chairs were very uncomfortable.
