This is an edit and one that I am very proud to write. We didn’t have the best of luck with the first stylist but after writing a review Kelsey got back to me and rectified the situation within hours. She found us a hairstylist for myself and my three children, as well as offering to cover the cuts that we had been asking for. Absolutely unnecessary but she really wanted us to have that “Bliss” experience and was troubled when we did not. When Kelsey called she remembered us from 1st visit ❤️ I deeply appreciate that as I suffer from CPTSD & Social anxiety to a point where it takes me hours to go ANYWHERE new or just to walk through a door of any establishment. The way Kelsey dealt w/ this has sealed the deal for us. Bliss has a wonderful environment and if you get a stylist who understands that MY time is as important as hers? Then you have a winner! Thank you Kelsey!
