I initially came to Bliss and Balance Med Spa for a chemical peel. Diane is absolutely amazing. She made me feel comfortable with the procedure and I loved the results! I have returned for other treatments such as body contour with radio-frequency, hair removal, skin tightening, and lip plumping, and have a great experience and results with each treatment. From booking and making sure I was scheduling for the correct IV- to the actual day. She made sure the music was low, lights were low and gave me a cold compress for my eyes. The IV drip was quick and painless, and after a day- I felt much better with my head! Diane was so thoughtful that she even texted me a few days later to make sure I was feeling okay. The spa is clean and relaxing, and the customer service is impeccable! I was pleasantly surprised while taking a walk along Main Street, Nashua to find “Bliss and Balance.” I decided to go inside and see what it was all about. I was immediately greeted by two of the owners, Karen and Judy. I was impressed by the cleanliness, atmosphere, services/treatments provided, and attention to details, but most of all, I was impressed by the knowledge and experience of Judy and Karen, who both have backgrounds in the medical field. They listened to what I was looking for and made suggestions that were totally aligned with the outcomes I am looking for.
