Charlie is AMAZING! I decided that I wanted to do a nice copper red to freshen things up for the new year. I am naturally a dark brown with some added highlights. Charlie was very upfront, and made sure that I understood the possibility that my hair wouldn’t take up much of the red as it’s so dark. She gave me the option of either bleaching before color application, or just proceeding with coloring. I really didn’t want to bleach my hair, so I opted for the latter. She mixed up the most beautiful copper red color and it turned out fabulous! I keep looking in the mirror because I cannot believe how beautiful my hair looks; I feel like Ariel! She also evened out the god awful haircut that I decided to give myself during a final’s week breakdown. This girl is a master of her art, I highly recommend her!

I got a highlight and trim and it turned out awful. I wanted to be a dirty blonde and instead I got white streaks of bleaching. There are giant chucks of white hair and the white hair has made me looked like I have grey hair and added 5+ years to what I look like. I highly suggest you choose another salon. Hair highlighting

Julie is the absolute best! I have seen her for about 2 years! She blends color beautifully and I am never there for more than an hour and a half for a highlight and cut. I am always pleased with how well my hair looks when I leave the salon!

First time using this salon. Was a bit disappointed as my initial phone consult was with a very sweet gal and she answered all my questions! I requested to see her but she was booked out and recommended another stylist. My stylist was nice but not attentive, she seemed rushed and honeslty put out that she was even there. She was really hard on my hair when coloring and highlighting, pulling and tugging (why?) And really fast! I swear she only put in 6 highlights! She noticed my discomfort as she apologized a few times. I am a very passive customer so just figured this was/is her style. When washing my hair, she kept telling me not to move my head but the neck rest was a bit awkward at first. She finally realized it and removed a pad and then apologized. When finishing up, she asked about my cut and I said just a healthy trim, then she proceeded to barely cut my hair!!! I had to trim off flyaway at home! I really do love the color and IF I go back, I’ll ask for a different stylist.

Normally I would never leave a bad review, but unfortunately I am extremely frustrated with how this place is being run. DON’T GO HERE. I had an appointment scheduled for almost two weeks out to get my hair colored. I ended up getting it done at a different place and knew I needed to cancel my appointment and knew I needed to do it 24hrs in advance so I wouldn’t get charged. I called numerous times over a few days with no response. I left voice messages with my name and number for them to call me back and they never returned my calls. I actually tried going to the place and talking to someone directly but their hours were wrong/not updated and they were closed. They finally answered the day of my appointment and said it was too late to get refunded. They said they only have two workers so they can’t answer the phone all day, but I am also a student working two jobs and don’t have time to show up to the place to cancel my appointment. They were extremely rude on the phone. Then, to top it off, they charged me $130 for a balayage + a haircut when I never even asked for a haircut. I tried calling to reduce the price but once again no answer. I am very frustrated and would highly discourage anyone from ever going to this salon.

Everyone in there is so sweet and amazing at what they do but Carrie is my go to girl. She never ceases to amaze me with her talent! I’m very picky with who touches my hair but with Carrie I trust her to do absolutely anything. I just got my first balayage done with her and it looks so good. Thanks ladies!!

Called and left a message about making my 2 year old daughter and appointment for her 1st haircut and NEVER received a call back! I just moved to the neighborhood and was hoping to spend my $ around the neighborhood and downtown. Thought maybe they were just shut down for a bit maybe but drove by the other day and the doors were open. Would of been nice to get a call back letting me know that they could or could not get us in at least.
