I’ve been patronizing this business for several services for maybe 5 years. I’ve been tended to by the owner, Salma, and I’ve never been disappointed. Her work is impeccable, her attitude is always professional. She is sweet, charming, and her presentation as she works her magic is calming. Appointments are always on time, no waiting. The facility is easily accessible and spotless. I’m always mesmerized by the shelf items offered ( jewelry and hair products). I’ve been going with Salma to do my eyelash extension almost for a year ,,,the reason I keep coming to this place is because she is the best ,,,I love her job, plus she has a great personality and “her work on my eyelashes was just what I wanted”,,,my lashes looked Gorgeous and constantly I receive complements for them … also the lashes stay on for more then 3 weeks before needing to be filled. I’ve had my lashes done in a couple other places before and my lashes fell out within days but not with Blinks and brows .. Salma…her place is clean and organized …I highly recommend it

I booked an appointment online for a touchup on my eyelashes that was done at another location. Touch up on the website states $45. I normally get classic nothing to full, I like a natural sets. The lashes I had on I was only messing maybe just a few it’s only been three weeks. When I got there the price went from $45-$80 which I was very upset about because if I book a $45 touchup that’s what I’m expecting. Then the young lady states it goes by the weeks of how long you had your lashes, and the $45 touchup is for if you need a touchup within 2 to 3 days. This is the next day and my lashes are already falling out lol I see why someone will need a touch up from there in 2-3 days. That’s not ok. I’ll go back to Hayward.

Had my eyebrows done here by the owner, the were horrible. She does tattoos NOT microblading. They were dark and not the same size or shape looks more like harsh lines that I have to use concealer to cover. Worst mistake of my life wish I would have done research! Save it money and go to a professional! Dont understand how she has 2 locations. Smh.
