I’m very disappointed in Blinke Beauty Bar. I had a full set of Mega volume eyelash extensions put on, on Sunday November 20th 2022. By Wednesday November 23 about 75% of my lashes had fallen off. They were falling off in clumps. By Friday November 25th I didn’t have not one lash left on my eyes. Not only did I spend $175 for the lashes, not including the $30 tip, but I also purchased their $20 lash shampoo just for my lashes to literally not even last 5 days. On Friday the 25th I reached out to them via email explaining my disappointment about how all of my lashes fell out and I didn’t have a single lash on anymore and it had only been 5 days. I expressed that I feel like my hard earned money was absolutely wasted and I told them that I did not want to leave a negative review and asked if they could rectify the issue. The owner reached out to me with apologies that my lashes didn’t last and that they offer complementary fills for excessive fall out within a few days of your service. I was NEVER informed of this information or I would have reached out. She then informed me that the lash tech that did my lashes is no longer with the company. She then proceeds to tell me that she is happy to see me that week to get my lashes put back on. We had a couple back-and-forth emails trying to lock down a date. We finally got one established. A couple days before my appointment I received an email to confirm it. In the email the service was listed as a four week+ fill. The day of my appointment I got another reminder for my appointment. For some reason, I felt the urge to reach out to confirm that this set would be covered by the Blinke Beauty Bar. I got a response right away asking if there was any lashes left and that they could do something like a partial set covered by the business due to the inconvenience or do a full new set and that I could cover the difference. The difference would have been $50 she stated. I do not feel that I should have to pay any more than I’ve already paid for lashes that were extremely poor quality and did not last. Of course I intended to tip. However, I don’t think I should have to pay to get my lashes put back on that she offered. Clear communication is very important. When telling me that they can get me in to get my lashes put back on, they should have informed me that I would have to pay an additional amount for the service. I understand Amy has a business to run, but just like her I work incredibly hard for my money and it was absolutely wasted by getting my lashes done at blinke beauty bar. I know that there is a no refund policy, understandably so. But considering that, they should have some sort of accountability when it comes to incredibly low quality service. I am highly disappointed and I hate to even leave this review. But my feelings are still hurt that my hard earned money has been wasted, especially during these tough times. I just wanted to treat myself and feel good about myself.. That was a mistake.

I’ve been here many times to see both Emily and Erin and I’m obsessed with them both! They create miracles; they can take me from a 6 to a solid 9 and I’d say 10 but I’m trying to be humble. As a lash artist myself, I can say the girls at blinke beauty bar are incredibly talented & 100% worth it! Eyelash extensions

I went to my first ever lash extension appointment on Wednesday. I received a blended full set by Carissa. We started at 12:45 and ended at around 3:15/3:30. She was friendly and kind. The studio itself was clean, cute, and chic. The ambiance was very spa-like with music playing in the background, a candle providing fragrance, and the blanket that they provide during the appointment made it a very relaxing experience.
