I went to this place for lash extensions and wanted a classic set for my first time when I get to my friends house she couldn’t even tell there were any on and when she looked closely she noticed that many of my lashes didn’t have a lash on it at all!! This is my first time doing lashes and I definitely came to the wrong place! Marissa did my lashes and she was extremely quick which is why I think there were so many lashes that were not covered!!! This place only has 4 stars because their good reviews are from ppl 6 years ago don’t go here!!!! Too pricey and not good work!

I paid for a classic full set. Other places typically take at least 90 minutes to place a full set. My technician took less than an hour. As a result, my set was gorgeous, but very subtle and light. Not exactly what I wanted, but I hoped that because it was a bit pricier, they would last long. Nope – this is 6 days later. They look awful. I was very excited to go to BlinkBar as it’s had such great reviews. It’s a bit on the higher-end of price points, but I figured that’s because they were good quality. I paid for a classic full set. Other places typically take at least 90 minutes to place a full set. My technician took less than an hour. As a result, my set was gorgeous, but very subtle and light. By the time I got home there were lashes all over my cheeks and by the next day all but a few lashes fell completely off. I called several times no one picked up the phone and I emailed no response! This was there Santa Monica location. It’s a bit disappointing because the lashes looked great when first completed, but a week later it looked like this. I’ve gotten lash extensions for years back in Asia for less than half the price and never had this problem. I was also encouraged to buy their lash shampoo, but I doesn’t seem to be too beneficial for longevity and their overall pricing is quite expensive. I have no complaints about the service, but the work is just not there. In case you were wondering, I don’t wear any eye makeup (eyeshadow, eyeliner, eye creams).

The appointment setting process was very efficient, however, my lashes looked like I didn’t have extensions on at all. I had to go back because one side was fuller than the other. They accommodated me by filling it in, but during the process the technician kept adding to the eye that was already full. I went for lash extensions today. The lash technician was very heavy handed – throughout the whole session she was leaning into my forehead / eyes as she put on my extensions. Never have I had someone actually put their weight onto my head / eyes while applying lashes, like she was balancing herself on my forehead.

I loved getting my lashes here! It is actually for the first time I’ve got exactly what I needed: not too long, not too thick, and light in weight lashes (they gave me several options – silk ones were a great fit). These lashes work perfectly for me (I’m gonna keep getting these ones).
