me and my friend walked in, immediately saw that only 3 people were working. my friend waited half an hour to get her nails done, and i waited an hour. when my nails were drying, the lady who did my nails touched the nail, leaving a huge mark. when I asked her to fix it she said later and never did. when I was paying, the owner asked me wheres the tip. after leaving both me and my friend noticed there was smudges and spots on our nails not colored. terrible terrible service, never going again.

Stay away if you have tips. My nails cracked aaaall over after less than 24 hours!!!!! My permenant french is obviously not permanent at all and my last color is sticking out of the corners. The french is not straight on almost every nail. Finally, some nails were filed round and some square and some a little of both. Absolutely poor, lazy, unprofessional job. I wouldn’t even trust them to fix their poor job that was not worth half of what I paid.
