Customer service is great. I came here a couple times and no problems but today I went in and my eyebrows are now a different thickness in the middle. This was not the case before today, however. Be very thorough when they give you the mirror to check after they are done.

Do not recommend letting the guy there do your wax if you care about your skin. They damaged my skin. I went to get my eyebrows threaded and my lip wax. I walked in there and there was a new guy I’ve never seen there before. He did my lip wax and it felt pretty painful not like the past times I’ve done a lip wax. He told me he didn’t get all the hairs with the wax and will have to thread them off. After he was done he asked if I was okay because my eyes were teary. I told him it was painful and he brushed it off. After a couple hours I noticed he had damaged my skin with the wax and threading. When I went back in to talk to him about it he tried blaming me for what happened and questioned if I had applied something. Which I did NOT apply anything besides aloe vera. This was painful and uncomfortable . It felt like burn marks on my face. Also it was very noticeable appearance wise.
