Every time I go in everyone is so nice! I get my eyebrows threaded here and they always do a great job. I just left there and didn’t realize their hours have changed. She was kind enough to still take me even though it was past 7. The girl that did my eyebrows was so bubbly and excited to be there. It’s always a good experience!

Generally I have an ok experience, its a good location with decent prices. However, I went in last Tuesday to get my brows waxed and I dont think I will be going back. I was wondering why it hurt so bad and the following day I figured it out when I saw the marks on my eyelids. Apparently the wax was too hot and ripped some of my eyelid skin off. That was bad enough but when I went in to show them what happened they apologized but refused to give me a refund. Not only did it hurt but I looked like a goof in meetings for the rest of the week. The least they could have done was try to make things right. Its too bad because the people there seem nice but if you’re not going to take care of your customers and remedy mistakes I do not want to go back. I’ll include pictures on Day 2 and Day 4, you can see for yourself. If finally feels better today but still have scabs

The staff is so friendly, warming and professional. I drive over 20 min to get my eyebrows done here because they are the best around. I never have to wait and the salon is always super clean. Can’t say enough great things about blink.

I came here for the first time and it was a bad experience. I asked for upper lip and she got the wax all on my lips and I asked her to remove it from the lips. She declined and ripped it off anyhow. Now my lips are in pain and I have a little blister. The eyebrows had zero shape to them. I won’t be coming back.
