They were so rude and jacked up my nails so much and when i asked for my nail to be a tad longer he told me no and that i was fine because i was “too young” and he would grab my hand and then when he was doing the acrylic he touched my thumb so it smudged and i ask if he would fix it and he told me no and that i was fine. There is acrylic caked under my nails, there shape is SO uneven, they didn’t do any prep to the nail (cuticles or nothing) resulting in acrylic being all over my skin and still payed $55 plus $10 tip. I also asked to see if they had the chrome powder I wanted and proceeded to tell me yes yet used a completely different brand, color and look nothing like the photo.Never going again do not recommend

I’ll start off that I’ve been here many times and my nails always look great… unfortunately appointments don’t mean much here. Twice now I’ve had 10 o’clock appointments and didn’t get started until 11. Both times had weddings to go to and was not happy. Also they have a beautiful big tv here and always have funeral music on… other than that I can’t complain.

I have been seeing Sue for at least 5 years. I was scheduled for an appointment to which I was told the day before when I stopped in she wouldn’t be there to service me. I have been getting acrylics on my big toes for years. I did explain I was particular for an obvious reason but was willing to give someone else a try. The guy running the place told me if I was that fussy I needed to go somewhere else. I was floored.

I brought 4 ppl in to get there nails done. One was a 3 year old that just got a polish. The others got acrylic nails . Each one cost me 55.00 that includes the 3 year old. Im literally so upset. A 3 year old 55.00. All I have to say

We attempted to use this place. Made the first appointment of the morning 10 am. They arrived at 10:15 Starbucks in hand. No apology for the delay and very rude. They were in no hurry to get us set up or open the salon. I would never recommend this place.

Best nail salon for pedicures in the entire Oakland (and Genesse) county area! I have always been seated immediately, foot bath water is always nice and hot, incredible gel color selection, and the staff is always kind, happy and have great attention to detail. Pricing is also extremely fair! I will never go anywhere else for a pedicure, and I live 45 minutes away, absolutely worth it!
