My lash tech broke my heart by recently moving which forced me to try and find a new one. A woman I went to college with recommended this salon, explaining she had been going here for the past four years and always had a terrific experience. So I decided to give it a try. The prices alone were a little higher than I was used to paying for lashes but I convinced myself they would definitely be worth it and at that point I really needed a new set because I wasn’t feeling like myself. I booked with an “advanced” artist and decided on a hybrid set. I should have known after the minute I sat down it was not going to be a good experience. The artist I booked with had another client before me and I was able to witness the encounter they had with one another. The client was complaining that there was a gap in her lashes and requesting it to be fixed. The artist attempted to fix it but the client still wasn’t satisfied and stated she would be back in a couple days and have her usual artist fix it. After this client left I was told to lay down. Because of the altercation, the artist was visibly upset, crying, stating how she didn’t think this job was for her. Her coworkers calmed her down and she went on to doing my lashes (cried multiple times throughout my appointment). When she handed me the mirror after she was done I was silent for a little too long…. they just weren’t what I was expecting, barely making a difference, and laying oddly in some spots. I didn’t want to make her day any worse so I just said I liked them, tipped her, and cried on my way home. The next morning I had numerous lashes fall out creating a gap on my right eye. I called that morning (they did call back even though it said they were closed, props for that!) requesting it to be fixed whenever they could fit me in. The next day my left eye is crazy itchy most of the day and I can’t figure out why. Wouldn’t you know… the next morning a freaking stye popped up! Now let me just say I have never… in my life… had a stye anddddd I’ve had my lashes done for almost two years. This just seemed too much of a coincidence. I called the salon again explaining the situation and requesting they just remove the lashes altogether. The owner got on the phone and explained because the product used for lash removal is so potent, she recommended I just leave them alone for a few days, let the stye heal and then I could come in to get them removed. Which I understood this reasoning but no further reconciliations were offered and I just figured after it went through this nightmare of an experience, something else would have been done. Over the next few days I picked at my lashes, made all the attempts to remove them myself fearing they were going to make the stye even worse, practically destroying my own lashes. So that’s my story and why I’m leaving a 1-star review. Obviously from the other reviews it seems like this is a place with great service but I guess everyone has their bad days….

I originally had my eyebrows microbladed three years ago in New York which was a very painful experience and I wasn’t very happy with the results. From the moment I walked into the salon, Nikki was so kind. She was very attentive to my wants and my brow shape. The experience was completely pain free! She thoroughly explained each step of the process, and got my input in case I wanted to change anything. I am obsessed with my results. Seriously 10/10 experience and I recommend everyone come here to get their brows microbladed!

Not only are the services amazing, but the people who work here are genuine, talented and have grown into being some of my best friends. Julia does my lashes and everyday I get compliments on how good they look. Nikki does my microblading and I would never let anyone else besides her touch my eyebrows again.
