The salon is always very clean, and they even made sure to increase their cleaning policies when the pandemic started. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I love this salon! I have been coming to Bleu Nails and have been a faithful customer to Tee since the salon first opened a few years ago. The salon is always very clean, and they even made sure to increase their cleaning policies when the pandemic started. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. They are very over priced. I only did a manicure and my bill came up to $97. I had a full acrylic set and the length was short almond shape…. There was simple design on 4 fingers. They charge for literally everything. I will say that I am content with my nails, no complaints there but pricing makes me debate if I’ll come back.

I usually come with TV he does a great job with my dip. He has not been here in a while. So I decided to give someone else a chance. I usually have the worst luck when trying out someone new. I asked the gentle man in front desk who can do my dip as good or better he recommended Rose ! She did a phenomenal job on my dip and gel pedi !! Omg I am in love. Super natural looking on my natural long nails, elegant and sexy she was so sweet and fast. I will be back again I am very happy to be able to choose from two nail techs when one is not available I trust them both with my hands and feet

I had an appointment on November 26. The next day, the edge of one of my nails started to come off. This continued for the rest of the days. On the 9th day, I called them to fix the problem and do my nails because more than 6 of my nails looked terrible. I got an appointment for the evening, which I was happy about. The person I spoke to was not there in the evening, but they were already waiting. I thought that if not for free, I would get at least a 50% discount for the inconvenience. Well no. Not even after calling the manager. Congratulations. I’ve been going there for more than a year, but nothing after that. Oh, and if you go for repairs, take a photo of your nails, because here everything has to be proven afterwards and it’s not enough to fix it on the phone! They think you’re rich or you can afford to go to the nail salon every week! Immeasurable disappointment!

Pedicure was overpriced and not relaxing , the tech that gave me a massage was terrible. Hurt the whole time , my feet are literally sore …and didn’t do a good paint job on my French tip . I showed her a picture and it looks nothing like it . The line is way to thick . She also made some rude comments about my hair . Never coming back again
