The last 2 appointments I’ve made here have been forgotten about by the stylists. The first appointment I had to wait around for a stylist to show up and the second appointment I was turned away because they had no one to do my hair even though appointments were made days in advance. I will not be returning and suggestions you make appointments elsewhere.

Had appointment to get Senegalese Twist done… Go to the shop they were closed when they were supposed to be open.. The lady in a shop was on a chair sleeping She saw me leaving comes to the door and says she was the one that texted me to get the appointment set up for the twist but can’t do it that day, didn’t give me a reason why, did not give me a heads up before the appointment to cancel … did not offer to reschedule the appointment… Very unprofessional

I called the number listed on the website to make an appointment a week in advance. When I went for my appointment there was already someone in the chair and no other workers available. I drove all the way from Winona and had to drive back without getting my hair done.

I scheduled an appointment to get my 4 year olds hair done i scheduled it 3 days in advance even drove an hour to get there and by the time we showed up she had 2 other clients in the chairs there was no waiting area or rest room i thought she was very careless and i don’t think that kinda service is worth $120 and hours of my time we will never go there again. And I asked how long of wait it be and they said 2 hours i think these reviews may be fake .
