Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueNever again. Today was my second time to try get a hair cut with them . I was there last Saturday and it was so pack that I could not get my hair cut that the wait was very long . I came back today I was in local area and they do accepted walk in and I sighn up walk in there no one was waiting but me and no one say hi or welcome to the shop they look at each other waiting to see who tell me that they don’t do not accept walk in and they are very busy after 3:30 pm . They told me come back after 3:30 pm they should be free but with there look in there face that they them self are not sure and they recommend to do the app and set appointments. I was like really and they did look happy what so ever. I say ok thanks and cross my name out and I will never do business with them again. I give them 1 i wish it was a 0 if possible . I do not recommend them to anyone unless u want wast your time on waiting. Note if you as a business wants to accept walk in and don’t keep ur word then remove the walk in sighn and put only appointments accepted than wasting people time.Services: Shave, Haircut, Buzz cutNever again. Never again. Today was my second time to try get a hair cut with them . I was there last Saturday and it was so pack that I could not get my hair cut that the wait was very long . Took my kids to get haircuts around 3pm, for picture day, didn’t even get to walk in. I was barely signing in and was told they were booked with appointments and had no time for walk-ins and that I should schedule an appointment for the following day. I usually have a long wait, but never will I go back after this. Maybe the sign in log should be removed and replaced with a sign that reads APPOINTMENT ONLY!

Positive: Professionalism, QualityVery professional at what they do. My boy’s haircuts came out very good. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be back. It’s a family of brothers and they will take very good care of you.
