Can’t specialize in natural hair for black women!!! Please bring your own shampoo the one they use has perm in it and will ruin your natural curl pattern!!! They ruined my hair so bad I wanted to cry!!! Most Dominican shops are like this though..If you have something to do later on in the day don’t even bother coming here it doesn’t matter how early you come here you will be sitting under the drive 3+ hours..I don’t recommend any black women to come to this shop.

I used to like them but one of the stylist cut my hair when they took out my sew in. They didn’t even say anything. I became aware a month after I took my next install out. Pretty sure it was one of the younger hair stylist. I don’t even understand why they allow the younger stylist to touch your hair. Don’t you need a license for that

Critical: QualityI went here a couple of days ago to get a silk press for my birthday. I saw a couple reviews about how they use excessive heat here and this place isn’t good for 4c hair. I took the risk anyway and went. They used an alarming amount of heat on my hair. I just washed my natural 4c hair and the texture is gone. I have some straight pieces in my head . If you see this please I advise you do not go. Plus it didn’t even last long. I went here a couple of days ago to get a silk press for my birthday. I saw a couple reviews about how they use excessive heat here and this place isn’t good for 4c hair. I took the risk anyway and went. They used an alarming amount of heat on my hair. I just washed my natural 4c hair and the texture is gone. I have some straight pieces in my head . Omg! So, they don’t do appointments, only walk ins. BUT it’s an experience! You have to come early, 7:00am (at least that’s what I do, to make sure I’m out early) BUT, they have a GREAT flow, and AMAZING SERVICE! It’s inexpensive and when they first open, THEY PRAY with the customers and staff for blessings on the hands working in your hair and their customers. As a New York native I needed to find a good salon and I can tell you, THIS IS THE BEST SALON HANDS DOWN! They need more than 5 stars!

My hair is natural but really soft, since this is the case I usually just get a blow out and primarily just go to the dark skinned woman because she doesn’t burn my scalp or use excessive heat. My last visit she ignored me and took another girl right before closing. Went to the heavy set woman instead. She cut my hair well looked nice when finished but upon my next wash my hair it fell out badly ( I’m trying not to cry as I write this). It has a horrible smell to it as well. ALSO, the owner tried to accuse me of trying to steal because I didn’t have cash and didn’t want to enter the pin to my debit card. (Using a debit card as a credit card is scamming according to her) Had an entire argument before being able to leave and get cash. I will NEVER go or suggest this establishment. Yesterday morning which was Friday was my second time going to this shop. I came back because the first time I went I didn’t have any problems gabby did a good job but, this time they had me waiting outside for almost two hours. So I don’t recommend coming in Friday’s unless you make it there as soon as they open but, the older lady rushed when washing my hair, I could hear her ripping my hair out instead of combing threw starting from the ends then gabby did the exact same thing, just ripping my hair out using excessive heat on my silk press, now that I’m home I can still smell the burnt smell every time I move my head. I didn’t have this problem the first time I went, I didn’t waste all of this time growing my hair to 22” for it to be damaged, just because they wanna rush because of a pack salon. I’m looking for another shop to go to someone that’s gonna treat my hair with care. Not to mention I tipped them both each time I went, the outcome was nice but I’m not happy with how they treated my hair this time at all thank god I just started going 7mnths ago and I don’t use heat on my hair only when I go to them
