Such a wonderful addition to Astoria, in a beautiful building! All the estheticians and staff are so friendly and warm. They’re highly trained and professional. Cari is a wonderful esthetician. I’ve had many facials done by her and felt so relaxed and comforted, and my skin was glowing for days! She’s also an amazing makeup artist, and very knowledgable. Definitely recommend this place to anyone, love it here!

This shop is just silly! My 16 year old daughter went in for a new client lash extension fill 75$ that lasted 12 days she went to a different gal in this shop she charged her 175$ for a full set of lashes. I called and tried to resolve this ridiculous and expensive issue with no luck. 250$ in 12 days and these lashes look as bad as the first set!!! ZERO customer service and product/lashes are awful . Watch your wallet, you should be able to see it through the holes in your lashes!!!

I thought I would give this place a try. As a business woman, I travel a lot & needed some “freshening up”. I had the pleasure of visiting Astoria & tried this quaint, lovely Beauty Bar. I was very pleased with my mani-pedi and I will be back sometime to try additional services . The atmosphere & decor was quite pretty, the staff was very professional. Unfortunately I wasn’t impressed with the new management. I was a previous client and was looking forward to returning but I won’t be. Customer service is completely lacking, no professionalism, and my manicure was less than mediocre and peeling within days. The vibe just isn’t there and was not welcoming. Unless there’s significant improvement, I’ll be supporting other local salons. Good luck.
