I’ve given Blend 2 chances. The first time I booked an appt. through the online process and never received a message that it was accepted. The second time I successfully booked online, got confirmation of acceptance, and then a reminder. I showed up and waited …the stylist never showed up and the salon was locked and dark. I called the number and got voicemail. I’ve received no response whatsoever. So yeah…I guess I’ll be going elsewhere.
