The best salon in California, hands down! It’s so hard to come by a salon with the perfect stylist JUST for me as well as a good environment for them to work in. I’m so happy I found Malori, she’s simply the best. She listens, gives me great advice for my hair and delivers amazing results every single time! Girl never let’s me down! I also love the salon team! When I walked in for the first time, and each time since.. I’ve always been greeted and asked if I needed anything. Whereas in other salons I’ve walked into, I’ve been just stared at and not acknowledged at all. You can just tell when you walk in, this is a safe place to be in and that you’ll be taken care of. I stopped going after I experienced what the new owner changed. The look is completely different from the prior owner and now it’s generic… Not unique. It changed to a place of stylist space rentals and individuals – not the former feel of collaboration and everyone knowing and working with everyone. Service and smiles declined. Maybe they can get it together but I’m not going to wait. I’ve moved on.
