Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI don’t even know where to begin to express how impressed, overly satisfied, and grateful I am for the experience I had with Blend Color Studio – more specifically, with Amanda & Rachel. I attempted to box dye my hair brown a few months ago, and when that didn’t turn out so well, I box dyed my hair black to cover it all up. (Huge covid mistake!) I provided an image of what I was looking for and was prepared for the highly likely possibility of needing more than one session to properly lighten my hair and cut through all the box dye. By some miracle, my hair was transformed in just one session to exactly what I envisioned. I also had a Brazilian blowout done on the same day and Amanda & Rachel worked together to get my hair done quickly without it ever feeling rushed. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to having my hair cut after a few awful experiences in other salons, but that wasn’t the case here. They trimmed my ends without sacrificing much length, but also cut enough to return my hair to a healthy state. After all was said and done, my hair looks amazing, feels healthy, and my wallet is grateful for their reasonable & competitive prices. Booking online is a breeze, the salon is clean & comfortable, and the staff are professional, personable, and wonderful at what they do. I will most certainly be back for all of my hair needs & highly recommend to for anyone looking for a salon! I don’t even know where to begin to express how impressed, overly satisfied, and grateful I am for the experience I had with Blend Color Studio – more specifically, with Amanda & Rachel. I came to the salon with low expectations that we could get my hair to the color I wanted because of the horrible box color I had and my natural hair tone. Rachel boosted my confidence and gave me exactly what I wanted! I was so happy to see my new look just in time for my birthday. Rachel was professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. I had an amazing experience at Blend Color Studio. Amanda made me feel like a million bucks. I didn’t even know exactly what style I was looking for. What I do know for a fact is I wanted to treat myself to a makeover, a drastic hair style change, and I was blown away by the expertise and the patience Amanda showed throughout my visit. I was introduced to the Mondo Verde line of hair products and I loved every single product she used on my hair. I can’t wait to go back and get the rest of the products she recommended. I highly recommend Blend Color Studio to everyone who is looking for expert advice, from treating and repairing overtreated hair, to preventing and maintaining healthy hair, or to anyone who wishes to get a drastic, brand new look, such as I did. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had high hopes for this place after viewing their pictures and the promises from the receptionist. I explained how a few months back I paid a ridiculous amount of money for highlights only to walk away with darker roots. I waited 3 months. and found this Salon. The receptionist said, Amanda was not available but Rachel was and was just as good since Amanda trained her. It has now been 6 months and my hair has started growing back from the breakage. My hair was burned off and I had bleach spots and yet they had the nerve to blame my previous stylist for the damage of the bad color and spots that we’re left. I went back on a different day to have Amanda rectify and balance the bad highlights from Rachel. I’m so disappointed that I paid to have someone burn off my hair in chucks and they didn’t have the decency to admit it but pass the blame to the previous stylist. I have yet to color my hair again from the trauma. I explained how a few months back I paid a ridiculous amount of money for highlights only to walk away with darker roots. I waited 3 months. and found this Salon.
