I scheduled my 11 yr old daughter for a youth haircut. We get to the salon, we check in the hairstylist comes out to get her takes her back washes her hair, cuts her hair and as she’s ringing us up she tells me I don’t consider that a youth haircut I’m going to have to charge you for a woman’s cut. Was it because her hair is thick? She replies that and I don’t consider anyone over 10yrs old youth. I don’t mind paying but it would be nice to inform your customer before you start the cut this information. I scheduled at this salon so I could get a feel for it. I saw the reviews and thought great, perfect opportunity. I’ve been looking for a hairstylist I can commit to that knows how to bleach. I usually take my daughter elsewhere because she only likes her hair cut one length (no layers) but if this is how business is ran where they advertise one price and charge you another with no communication I’ll keep looking for another salon.

Bella is the worst. I have been crying for 2 days. I do not deserve this. I have spent 8 years growing my hair out. I asked for a trim. Right before she cut my hair she stated “just a trim right” I said yes. And She cut off 6inches!!! I am beyond devestated. On top of all of this, I doubt I’ll get any sort of refund. I’m very picky with my hair and who works on it, so I put off getting my hair cut for far longer than I’d like to admit. However, I decided on this salon because of its reviews, and I was not disappointed. I got my hair cut with Haley (slightly on purpose) and she was amazing. She made my hair feel so much healthier, and was super responsive even after our appointment. I told her kind of what I wanted, and she made it happen. I will 100% be coming back to cut and color my hair from now on. RUN to this salon!!

After a series of bad haircuts from other salons, I was so nervous to get another haircut. I went to Bleach’d for the first time after hearing great things about Haley and it was the best decision ever. She listened to what I wanted and made a whole game plan on how she would fix my bad haircut. She did an AMAZING job at fixing my hair and made it look great for the first time in forever. Maddie did an absolutely outstanding job highlighting my daughters hair and getting it back to it’s beautiful color. This was not an easy task as the last salon who attempted to add low lights turned her hair a terrible red/orange color and were unwilling to do anything about it or accept responsibility. Maddie was so gracious with her time (on her day off I might add) and spoke to us about our options. I’m happy to report the end result is stunning and we are so pleased we have a new salon and stylist! Thank you Maddie! We appreciate you!

Told beautician that my hair takes longer to turn and leave bleach on longer, she apologized said come back Tues at 3 and she would fix it, I showed up at 3, there was 1 customer and another beautician that was taking care of the 1 customer, the beautician told her I was there, I waited until 3:15 then left, I will not be returning. I am giving 2 stars to the owner and the other beautician I believe Rachel is her name, they do AMAZING work from what I have seen.

I am in love with Bleach’d salon! I recently went to get my extensions tightened and Monica did amazing. She fixed a holy mess, and made them look beautiful. The vibes in the salon are so positive and is a great experience. The people are fun, good conversation, and hard working. The salon is well thought out and very cute (good work by the owner Kaylee). If you ever are in the area, and trying to feel beautiful again, check it out and book your appointment! Great prices, very clean, especially during covid Kaylee and the team is taking extra precautions to make sure you are safe!!
