My pedicure was good but 40 for a refill I will not be back he didn’t even do that good of a job. Also during a time such as this (Covid) the facility is not clean the chairs look like they haven’t been touched in months. Only one person was warm and welcoming and he was attending to a customer everyone else please take a vacay and relax the experience should always be warm and welcoming. The pedicure she did good but tissue between the toes wiped off some of my polish and she already didn’t polish well

I absolutely loved my experience here!! I’ve never had someone explain what they were doing and why. Tom did all of that, he had the perfect color for me, my shape was perfect, he even hooked me up with a nail tech in my home town so I can get the same quality. I highly recommend this nail bar. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI paid for to get a pedicure and a acrylic nails on July 27th, 3 days after getting my nails done I had 1 nail pop off in the shower now Aug 2nd all 10 nails are off without any hesitation. They were very bulky which I complained about and to the guy was extremely lazy with doing them from the beginning. I showed him how he missed spots on the corners and on the side and he decided to use shellac nail polish on top of my acrylic nails which again was a huge complaint on my end to say they charges me $135 plus an extra $26 to wax a lip and brow smh. Run from this place. I also called and told them all of my nails came off and the lady gave me nothing but attitude, I asked her to refund me my nail portion and she said NO forcing me to file a dispute with my credit card. The prices are pretty high but overall they do a really good job! I was disappointed to see their ratings are so low they are very professional and nice and spend a long time getting everything perfect and making sure you’re happy with your nails. I went earlier today for a full set with gel polish. The staff was very rude and dismissive. They said they opened at 10 am but didn’t open their doors till 10:05 am. The girl who did my nails was on the phone the whole entire time ignoring all my requests. She did them too thin and all different lengths. I had to keep telling her what to do and she had an horrible attitude. All of my nails are different thicknesses as well. Worst experience I have ever had. Only reason I didn’t really make a scene because I used a gift card. I won’t be returning.

These people cannot do acrylic nails properly. I had a bad experience. I was having a bad day and decided to go to the nail salon for a full set and pedicure. Pros: My nails look good and they were open in Labor Day! Cons: very poor customer service and inconsiderate of peoples time. While I was there 3 different women came in for an appt that the staff was unprepared to service. It seemed like the nail techs would just tell people “come at 6pm come at 6:30, etc” and then make ZERO effort to be free for the appt. at the given time. Also the pricing seemed deceitful. The menu says almond, coffin etc are $5 plus depending on length. I asked for short almond nails, only as much length as he needed to make the almond shape. After he cut and shaped I asked for EVEN shorter. Nonetheless at check out I was charged $5 for almond shape and $5 for long length. Huh? How is the shortest almond nail you can do “long”? If you’re gonna charge $10 for almond just say that. I would only return In an emergency situation. Also shop not in good condition old chairs with leather cracking, dirty towels pulled up around sink. Not a relaxing environment.
