Ernie was oddly rude right away. I walked in and asked if they do clipper cuts as a general question simply because the business is labeled a salon and not all salons do clipper cuts like a barber shop. Ernie arrogantly said he’s been cutting hair for 60 years. He then took a walk-in before me who came into the shop after me simply because he was a regular. Judging by the regular’s reaction to the situation, being surprised, it wasn’t an appointment. Ernie made it pretty clear he didn’t care for my business and made me feel unwelcome. Ernie mockingly pointed to his regular and said, “Does that look like a clipper cut to you?!” I’m sure Ernie does a decent job and might have meaningful relationships with his friends that are regulars, but to treat walk-ins like he treated me is just terrible customer service and no way to grow a client base. I sat down and wrote this review before leaving the shop.

Kim was great she took her time with my haircut even suggested what to do to get healthier hair since I bleach so much . Style my hair and looked beautiful defenetly recommend her and will come back .
