Amazing customer service !! I go to blaq label for my waxes and facials and omg ! The tender and care she puts into the facial made it me feel like I booked a 200$ spa day I was so relaxed and felt so rejuvenated when she was done my skin was shiningggg and I received so many compliments on the way home . Normally waxing is such a pain but with her I had as little pain as possible . I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my services . She rocks !

Hands down the most committed to amazing client service. I had a terrible experience with another lash technician elsewhere that put way too much glue on my lashes. I came here to get them removed which ended up taking an hour to do from how much glue my lashes had. She took her time with me and made such great conversation with me as well! This was my first lash experience ever and I have to say it was amazing great customer service. The lash tech explain everything I should expect and as she was applying my lashes she told me step by step what she was going to be doing. I felt so comfortable. I have to say when I got there the house caught me off guard. I thought I was getting my lashes done at someone’s apt. I called and Sanovia let me in to find that this place is a office location. Her office was so comfortable and the music was soothing. This was my first time getting my lashes done and I was unsure of how it was going to look. I work in corporate America and did not want something too dramatic but noticeable . I got a classic set and I loved it ! It added a little volume and length to my lashes. This experience was a great one and I will definitely be back !

When I arrived to get my lashes done I was a bit nervous because this was my first time doing the individual lashes but the tech Sanovia comforted me and made the whole experience so enjoyable I even ended up falling asleep the place had a nice ambience she played calming music and answers all questions I had and even informed on the different kind of lashes there were with C curl and D curl lengths from 13 and up classic or volume set cat eye or whatever this could be overwhelming. But she helped me find the best lash for my eye type so I got the cat eye and I loved it would definitely recommend all my friends to go.
