I was scared to try somewhere in Blair to be honest and I finally decided to just go. ITS WORTH IT. Sam has done my nails twice now and I have not been disappointed. They are all great. You walk in feeling welcomed! Worth checking them out.

I had to move chairs 3 different times during my manicure. Was surprised that the manicurists couldn’t accommodate the original position of client. I came to get my nails done……not engage in musical chairs. I won’t be coming back as the owner’s wife seems to have preferred clients.

I haven’t had my nails done in a long time. Figured it was about time I changed that. I haven’t been here since the new owners took over. But I really enjoyed my visit. They were super friendly and all were having a good time with their customers!! My nails also turned out really good. The lady that did my nails was great. I unfortunately didnt get her name. But I’ll definitely be back to get them filled.

Today I went to blair nails & spa to get my nails done. Now I have only been there 3 times. Today being the 3rd. I had to cuss out the lady that did my nails. She didn’t have me wash my hand before she painted my nails. So there was dust on them and there was a black spot. This lady got mad because I pointed it. She also got mad because I pointed out that she didn’t put the design opposite of the other nail. I looked at the owner which I think her name is Cindy and told her that if she wants me to pay for these she better fix it. The owner got up and saw the black spot and told her in Vietnamese to fix it at least I think. This lady was very rude and I told her not to talk to me that way. She didn’t like that.

Critical: ProfessionalismI believe it was the owners wife that did my nails, she was very rude. I did not want dip and she kept trying to talk me into it. I asked for rounded nails and she said that was old lady nails. She asked me if I wanted my nails the same length as my own nails, I said maybe a little longer. As she cut down the to the length I wanted, she said “that’s the same length of your nails!” Then she had to complain to her co-worker in Chinese and they laughed. I walked out with 2 open wounds on my fingers from the nail file. Very unprofessional in my eyes. This place is great if you’re looking for the basics for a good price. My manicure didn’t include cuticle work or lotion or anything fancy, but I got a brand new acrylic set for $25 which I was very happy about! Would have been nice to have those things included, but it won’t stop me from coming back again.

Should have written this in January! I was in to get a pedicure and it was great. But what really impressed me about the salon was the treatment of another gal. She was older and had mobility issues. She was in desperate need of attention to her feet. Desperate!! I saw the owner and her technician treat her with great kindness and respect. There was no judgement or the appearance of being grossed out. She was very apologetic and they was very kind! Iwill definately be back!

Haven’t done nails in years and never gel nails before. After three visits, the work is okay. I like my nails a bit longer, but the nails are cut too short and one hand is significantly shorter than the other. The colors on the sample nails are not indicative of what shows up on the nail. All a bit disappointing at $80/month with tip. Yet their location is convenient and people are nice, and the nails are much prettier and stronger than my own, so I will probably continue to patronize them.
