They give the barbers such a limited time to finish that your appointment is going to be delayed by the previous customer or they would refused service if you are late – basically, you have to accommodate to their time and not the other way around as if the customer time is not the most important.If by the end of the service you don’t like the way your hair cut was finished, they do not have time to make corrections without putting the next appointment on hold. The appointments are booked too close together that seems like they even overbook their time slots. If you get there on time, they make you wait, if you are late, they cancel your appointment because their appointments are “booked back to back”My personal experience was with Omar. I don’t recall an appointment when I was on time that I didn’t wait and the only time I was late he canceled me. Once I waited 30 minutes and I had to leave because the previous customer was not happy with the outcome and wanted adjustments. Obviously, for the price you pay there you want the best service and the client has the right to ask for a fair service.
