Arrived at the shop and the owner Mark was eating his lunch. He put down a beautiful-looking and delicious-smelling sub-mid-bite; washed his hands and got me seated. My fade was exactly as I wanted it cut and not like some barbers that give you the only fade they know how to cut. Very professional.

All the negative reviews are true. I called Monday afternoon to make an appointment and spoke to Mark. He told me he’s available the next day; we agreed on 1pm and he told me to book it online. I booked my appointment online at 1pm and got a confirmation. I get there on Tuesday at 1pm and Mark is not there. The other barber tells me he’s probably on the way. But after waiting there a while, I just left. A big waste of time. A disappointment.
