Best barbershop in the city! Open 7 days a week and there are always professional barbers in the shop. Today is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a barber shop. Went in with my son for a hair cut and the guy who is in the front is terribly rude and very impatient. Should not be allowed in any sort of customer service role whatsoever. Left the place in tears. Safe to say will not be going back there. Would give this place zero Stars and would not recommend. Your response as a business owner is disgusting. He is a child and it is none of your business what I choose to do with his hair. Your haircut was nothing like the picture the first time so I had you fix it. You should be out of business. You are a nasty man. Shame on you.

Overall the service I received from the older gentleman towards the back was amazing and he was so kind and patient with my son. However the guy who sits in the first chair was rude and has no customer service skills. First of all he walks in and rudely states I’m here to cut my clients hair and that’s it. First of all I didn’t ask what you were there for . You asked what I needed. 2nd of all if there are barbers that don’t kids hair it may be helpful to include that on your website to save people sometime.At least the other gentleman in the back came to tell he didn’t cut hair for kids my sons age.If it wasn’t for the older gentleman in back I would have left no stars. (I did call prior to ask if they cut kids hair before going in and they stated yes and I also asked if I needed an appointment and was told I didn’t. Anyway thank you to the older gentleman who did an amazing job. I’m going to have to go with a 3 star rating. Roy is definitely a great barber and owner but the guy who cut my boyfriend’s hair completely slaughter his hair. He did not know how to fade at all or cut hair in general. He asked my boyfriend if he could give them a 5 star rating before he gave him his haircut. That’s not how it works brother, you get a rating depending on service not before. I asked the owner if he could fix his hair cause that old man at the end completely destroyed his hair and to top things off he tried to put the blame on the customer! Who does that? He would not take responsibility for doing such a bad job. How about you man up for your own mistakes instead of blaming it on the customer. Roy took care of it and fixed his hair. That old man belongs at super cuts and not a barber shop. He’s definitely killing business for you Roy.
