Critical: ProfessionalismSo I will preface this complaint saying my hair has grown out a bit since I got my last cut. So yesterday made an appointment at 1:30 to get a cut at 4. When I arrive there was an emergency, so he had to leave and David told me he’d be back in a little bit, idk what that means but obviously expecting a text later that day so I can get a cut….but nothing obviously. As well as today it’s been 24 hrs since we last spoke and no effort made to reschedule the appointment or any effort to set me up with another barber. I’m really annoyed because not only did you waste my time, you also lost me money being that I clocked out early to make sure I was on time.
