Jess is amazing! She is the only one I trust with my hair. I asked Jess to do my hair and my bridal party for my wedding, and I am so happy that she was able to because everyone looked perfect. She understood how everyone wanted their hair to look and delivered impeccably. Every single girl (total of 10) loved how their hair looked. Highly recommend.

Pretty disappointed with my experience. I just wanted a wash and blow out and the hair stylist complained about my hair the whole time (it’s thick but not unmanageable..) At the end, two spots by my roots were a little crimped so I asked if she wouldn’t mind straightening them for me – took her about 45 seconds. She charged me $10 extra to straighten those two pieces… If that wasn’t bad enough, my blow out lasted probably an hour before it started getting frizzy and curly. This is not normal for my hair and I’ve had blow outs before that lasted and looked amazing for a couple days without needing a wash. Definitely will not go back which is upsetting because it’s so close to my work and probably would’ve ended up being a regular customer.
