Critical: ProfessionalismI believe the owner cut my hair and he did a great job! I’ll be going back. Update, I received many haircuts and the owner gave me a hard time about the length of my hair every time I came in like it was a hinderance to cut my hair. Also, they did mess up my appointment time and I was able to get my hair cut on the day I scheduled because the employee scheduled it on the wrong day. Update, I received many haircuts and the owner gave me a hard time about the length of my hair every time I came in like it was a hinderance to cut my hair. I’ve been using the same girl at my local Great clips for several years but he had a baby and is no longercutting hair. have driven by this place many times and decided to give it a shot. I called ahead because I know many businesses have changed since covid and I’m glad I did because they explain to me that they are now on an appointment only basis per state regulations since covid.

I walked in for a haircut, all chairs were occupied, one other customer before was waiting. All barbers finished their customers and not one of the barbers asked if he/she could help me. I spent several minutes watching the barbers as some sat in their chairs and others were off doing something. So, I left and went over to Great Clips and was helped right away.
