Had one manicure from her that was fine. Then we were supposed to have her handle our wedding party/women in the family get together to do a little nail party, spend time together etc. We had been planning this for several weeks with myself buying new colors, her also making suggestions and things, and then the day before this was to happen she decided to cancel on us via facebook messenger, then proceeded to block me so I couldnt reply or ask questions. Beyond unprofessional and ruined a planned event part of our wedding weekend.

Had such a great experience here today! My friend and I had been keeping tabs on Black Swans fb page and the artwork she does and we finally were able to drive the two hours down for nails and it was WORTH IT! She took her time with my nails and was pretty gentle with my highly damaged and thinned out nails from other in and out nail salons. She focused on my nail health over just getting the set done and me out of there. And the set I got made me so happy I’m in love with it and so is my 5 year old . Will definitely be making the trek back down again

Sadly, when I left an honest review of another salon whose receptionist absolutely believed me when I complained the tech was texted all during my manicure (laughing and texting, not a family issue) and told me to tell the owners, the owner of Black Swan felt she should ridicule me because she texts during manicures too. Unprofessional. Move on.
