If you can’t take a walk in tell them you can’t ! don’t make them wait 40 minutes for a hair cut . There are other plenty of barber shops in town that do a great job and take walk ins right on the spot! But tell it how it is and don’t tell someone you will take their walk in and then change your mind just because someone else made an appointment in your app. & if someone comes in and ask if you have availability and you really don’t , tell them. I rather be told you don’t have time for my son then having to wait 40 minutes when I could have been getting a haircut elsewhere . & if you prefer people to make an appointment instead of walk ins put a sign on your door! People got things to do. Time is money thank you for your business , never coming back again.

We dropped in yesterday to have my 6 yr old’s hair cut. Finding a barber who is skilled at cutting 4c hair texture has been tough in North County, but we were lucky to get paired with Andre. He was super nice (the entire staff is) and did an awesome job! We will definitely be back! Curly hair

Walked in without making an appointment. Had 2 people ahead of me and still waited over 30 minutes. Was not a busy place at all but somehow barbers like to talk a lot and slowly cut hair. One guy only got the sides shaved because he had dreads and was still on the chair after i left. Terrible

Went in for a quick side/back trim and a shape up for the beard. The wait time was just 5 minutes, because it was a Monday afternoon. Didn’t even need a proper haircut so to speak, just minor detailing. But somehow the barber managed to slow things down, taking almost an hour for the whole cut.
