Terrible business. One person doesn’t know what the other(s) are doing. Make appointments week(s) ahead of time, then they decide someone else will do your hair, on the day of your appt, and cancel your appointment with the person you wanted, then call to see if this other person has time to do your hair.

Wish I could give no stars. The lady behind the desk was rude. I asked to have my eyebrows waxed and was told there was no one who could help me at ALL today! She Didn’t even look in the appointment book. Didn’t offer to set me a appointment. There was absolutely no one even in the shop. I was refused service for no reason!!
