Critical: Professionalism, ValueYep they use a comb razor to cut your hair. I always had long nice hair. They use nail glue also WITH IN THE BRAID (not the ends) I guess to make it appear neater looking… so when it time to take the braids out it’s stuck and I you have to cut your long pretty hair. They are pure EVIL pure EVIL! Stay away ladies. They are Devils .

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI called the day before to make an appointment. I got there on time the following day but the doors were locked. I called the facility six times with no answer. Thirty minutes later Vickie calls back and acts she doesn’t remember the appointment though she is the one I spoke with. I’ll never try them again.
