Everyone here is super friendly and the location is very inviting. They take the time to understand the look you want, and then tailor it to work with your hair type and lifestyle. Mattie went above and beyond to correct some funky color things I had going on from a previous salon, and then totally nailed the look I wanted . The team here is great with both wild colors, and more natural looks.

Sooo…you can imagine the surprise on both my face and the face of the hair stylist when I walked into the Black Forest Salon thinking it was a Black hair salon. Admittedly my fault for not researching properly, BUT she was nothing but professional in trying to address my hair needs for a wash, condition and flat iron. Although it was clear she wasn’t quite as familiar with caring for my hair texture she certainly tried and took her time to do so. To be fair, my hair didn’t turn out bad at all. I just had to tinker a bit with it and I was ready for the week.

She along with all the other staff were very professional. I wasn’t rushed in the least, the place was amazing, and the prices were really reasonable. Best salon I have found in 10 years of looking all over the springs. I’m excited to go back and get my nails done soon. I highly recommend and have already recommended 2 friends to try them out after they raved about how my hair looked. I came in today for an apt. with Valorie. To say my hair was an ugly hot mess is a huge understatement. She did a phenomenal job. She along with all the other staff were very professional. I wasn’t rushed in the least, the place was amazing, and the prices were really reasonable. Best salon I have found in 10 years of looking all over the springs. I went to ask the wonderful Mattie for her opinion and she not only showed me colors we can do to compliment my hair she gave me the best hair cut I’ve ever had. She was gentle and asked if I liked the length before cutting it. She was so professional with everything she did. I have had such anxiety about getting my hair done for so long as I have natural red hair. I went to ask the wonderful Mattie for her opinion and she not only showed me colors we can do to compliment my hair she gave me the best hair cut I’ve ever had. She was gentle and asked if I liked the length before cutting it. She was so professional with everything she did. I will never go to another place or another hairstylist, if she moves shops I will move with her.

Nicole, the aesthetician, provides the best facial I’ve ever had! She really listens to identify your concerns and needs… then customizes your session, using excellent products and techniques to leave your skin so beautiful. I particularly love the Gua Sha method of facial massage that she offers. Her rates are also very competitive while she is a very classy professional that I will continue to frequent for such a relaxing spa experience!

I got a terrible hair cut at great clips in Falcon. I called Black Forest salon in tears bc my husband could tell how bad it looked on a FaceTime call from out of the country. Emalee got me in that same day and refused to charge me. (I tipped her anyway!!) She evened out the layers and made my hair look and feel so much better! I’m so grateful for their help and I will definitely go back! ❤️❤️❤️
