I had a great experience at Black Diamond Skin Care! The woman who did my wax did an excellent job, and it was a great value for the money. She was very sweet too, and she made me feel very comfortable. It was easy to make an appointment – I texted her in the afternoon asking her if she was available on a certain day, and she texted me back later that evening confirming my appointment. I would definitely go back to her again.

Such a great experience! Ellie is so kind and made me feel comfortable during a Brazilian wax which is hard to do! She was really efficient and the whole wax took under 20 mins! I can’t wait to go back!

I wanted to love it. … she is super friendly and I’m sure she does a great job. But it seems like they overbook overlapping appointments. She didn’t use any numbing agent for Brazilian wax or after balm so it was the most painful one I’ve ever received. AND. A week later I have the worst razor burn I can’t even wash up or anything. It’s been raw and tender for over a week which has never happened in all my wax history, which is extensive. I’ll never be going back but it may be good for others.

It first took her 24 hours to get back to me regarding an appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early at the location noted on all her social media. It is for a massage therapist. I then tried to contact her regarding this, no response. It is 15 minutes after my appointment now and still have received no notification of what is going on. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS GROUPON.

Eli is a master at her craft and is so personable and lovely that you don’t even feel like you’re getting waxed because she makes it go by so quick and the pain is very minimal because she’s so good, it’s like you’re just in chatting with a friend!! She’s so multi talented, I’ve gotten two Brazilians and will be going back for a facial and chemical peel in the upcoming weeks. I’ll be coming back to this lovely lady for all of my waxes and facials, etc!!

She was amazing, it was my first time getting a Brazilian and she talked me through it, made sure it was not hurting, also made sure the wax was at the right temperature. She was good at distracting me and before you know it I was done. She also speaks Spanish!

The whole experience is just amazing, I love going and getting treated like family. I went to get eyelashes and In my opinion this is the best place in town to do them they last forever and I love them. I will recommended to anyone, just go for yourself and you will see what I mean.
